By visiting, browsing, creating an account, purchasing a membership, unlocking a recipe, or otherwise using WorldwideRecipes (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country to use paid features. If you are under the age required in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with a parent/guardian’s permission.
Accounts & Security
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Do not share your password or allow others to access your paid content through your account.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or security issues.
- We may suspend or restrict accounts that appear compromised or used in violation of these Terms.
Memberships & Access
WorldwideRecipes offers paid access to premium recipe tutorials, downloadable materials, and members-only content (availability may vary by plan and may change over time).
- Monthly and Yearly memberships provide access while your subscription is active and in good standing.
- Single Recipe Unlock provides access to the unlocked recipe content for 30 days from purchase (unless stated otherwise on the product page).
- Access is personal and for non-commercial use unless we explicitly grant written permission.
Payments, Renewals & Taxes
Prices are shown at checkout. By purchasing, you authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Auto-renewal: Monthly or yearly subscriptions renew at the plan price shown at renewal.
- Taxes: Where applicable, taxes may be added based on your location and local requirements.
- Payment issues: If a charge fails, we may retry. Access may be paused until payment succeeds.
Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel a subscription from your account area (or by contacting Support if you cannot access your account). Cancellation stops future renewals; you may retain access until the end of the current billing period, unless stated otherwise.
- Refund decisions may depend on: access started, usage, time since purchase, and local consumer rights.
- Single recipe unlocks are time-limited (30 days) and are considered digital content.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact Support with your order details.
Content & Licence
All website content, including videos, recipes, text, images, design, branding, and downloadable materials, is owned by WorldwideRecipes or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
- You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share paid content, including sharing login access.
- You may print or save recipe materials for your personal use only, where permitted by the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. This includes, without limitation:
- Attempting to bypass paywalls, access controls, or security features.
- Scraping, downloading, or mass-collecting content without permission.
- Sharing accounts, reselling access, or uploading paid content to third-party sites.
- Using the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Introducing malware, running attacks, or interfering with site performance.
Disclaimers
Cooking involves inherent risks (including allergies, burns, and food safety issues). Content is provided for educational purposes and general information. You are responsible for using safe practices, checking ingredients, and following food hygiene standards appropriate to your location.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldwideRecipes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be legally limited, including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
