These Billing & Subscription Terms explain how payments, renewals, cancellations, and access work for WorldwideRecipes memberships and single-recipe unlocks. They’re written to be easy to understand and help you feel confident when purchasing.

1) What these terms cover

These terms apply to all purchases on WorldwideRecipes, including Monthly Membership, Yearly Membership, and Single-Recipe Unlocks (30-day access). They sit alongside our other site policies (e.g., Support/FAQ).

2) Prices, currency & taxes

Prices are shown at checkout and may be displayed in GBP (£) for UK users. Any applicable taxes/fees will be shown before you place your order.

  • Displayed total: You’ll see the final amount (including any applicable taxes) before you pay.
  • Offers/discounts: If we run promotions, the terms will be described on the offer page or at checkout.
  • Currency conversion: If your bank uses a different currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rates/fees.
3) Membership billing & auto-renewal

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date/time shown in your account.

  • Monthly Membership: billed every month on the same billing cycle date.
  • Yearly Membership: billed once per year on the anniversary of your purchase date.
  • Renewal reminder: Depending on your email settings, you may receive automated notices. Your account always shows your status.
Important: Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not “rewind” or remove access already granted in the current paid period.
4) Single-Recipe Unlock (30-day access)

A Single-Recipe Unlock provides access to the specified recipe/tutorial for 30 days from the time of purchase (unless a different duration is clearly stated on that purchase page).

  • Access window: starts immediately after successful payment.
  • What you get: access to the unlocked content based on the product description.
  • After expiry: access ends automatically; you can unlock again or choose a membership.
5) Cancellation

You can cancel your membership from your account area. To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel before the next billing date/time.

  • Where to cancel: Go to My Account → Subscriptions.
  • After cancellation: You keep access until the end of your current paid period (unless access is paused due to failed payment).
  • No cancellation fees: we do not charge cancellation fees.
6) Refunds & charge disputes

We aim to be fair and transparent. Because WorldwideRecipes provides immediate digital access, refunds may be limited, but we will review issues case-by-case (for example: accidental duplicate charges, technical access problems we can’t resolve, or billing errors).

  • Billing errors: Contact Support with your order email + charge details.
  • Access problems: We’ll troubleshoot first (most issues are resolved quickly).
  • Disputes/chargebacks: If you file a charge dispute with your bank, we may pause account access while it’s investigated.
Fastest resolution: Please contact Support first — it’s usually much quicker than a bank dispute.
7) Price changes & plan updates

We may update prices or plan features over time. If changes apply to your subscription renewal, we will provide notice where required and the updated price would take effect on your next renewal after the notice period.

  • New customers: see current pricing on the plans page.
  • Existing members: changes apply from a future renewal date (not retroactively).
8) Failed payments & access

If a payment fails (expired card, bank decline, insufficient funds), we may retry the charge automatically. During this time, your access may be limited until payment succeeds.

  • Update payment method: in your account subscription settings.
  • Grace period: when applicable, we may allow a short grace period, but this is not guaranteed.
  • Account status: your membership status is always visible in My Account.
9) Digital access & acceptable use

Your purchase grants you personal access to members-only content. Please do not share or redistribute paid content outside your account. We may suspend access for misuse or suspected fraud.

How do I check my renewal date?
Go to My Account → Subscriptions. Your next renewal date and subscription status will be displayed there.
I unlocked one recipe — can I upgrade to membership?
Yes. You can purchase a membership anytime on the plans page. If you’re unsure which option fits you best, contact Support and we’ll guide you.
Will I be charged immediately when I subscribe?
Yes. Subscriptions start immediately after successful payment, and your billing cycle begins right away.
