Protecting our recipes, tutorials & member content
This page explains who owns the content on WorldwideRecipes, how you may use it, and how to report copyright concerns. It applies to our website content, recipe cards, images, videos, downloadable materials, and member-only resources.

Membership content is for personal use only. Re-uploading, reselling, or sharing access is not allowed.
1) Ownership of content
Unless otherwise stated, all content on WorldwideRecipes (including text, recipe instructions, graphics, photos, videos, downloads, and design elements) is owned by WorldwideRecipes or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- ✓Member-only tutorials and paid materials are protected and cannot be redistributed.
- ✓Recipe methods & written steps are protected as original written expression (do not copy/paste elsewhere).
- ✓Images & videos are protected and may include licensed elements with restricted usage.
2) What you’re allowed to do
We want you to cook confidently. You may use WorldwideRecipes content for your personal, non-commercial cooking and learning, including saving links, printing a recipe for your kitchen, and following tutorials.
- ✓Personal use: view, bookmark, print for home use, and follow along.
- ✓Sharing a link: you may share a page link (URL) to friends (without copying the text or rehosting files).
- ✓Short quotes: brief excerpts may be permitted with clear attribution and a link back, where lawful.
If you’d like to use our content beyond personal use (e.g., publishing recipe steps, using photos, or embedding videos), please request permission first.
3) What you’re NOT allowed to do
The following actions are prohibited without written permission (and may result in account suspension and/or legal action):
- ✕Copy/paste or republish our recipes, tutorials, or downloads on other websites/apps.
- ✕Re-upload our videos/images to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or other platforms.
- ✕Sell, license, or bundle our content (including “PDF packs”, “recipe collections”, or paid groups).
- ✕Share membership access or distribute member-only materials to non-members.
- ✕Remove watermarks or attempt to bypass content protections or paywalls.
4) User-generated content (reviews, comments, submissions)
If you submit content (e.g., reviews, comments, questions, photos, or suggestions), you confirm you have the rights to share it. You retain ownership of your submissions, but you grant WorldwideRecipes a non-exclusive licence to display and use it to operate and promote the website (e.g., showing reviews on a page).
We may remove submissions that are unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive, or violate our community standards.
5) Trademarks & brand usage
WorldwideRecipes name, branding, and logos are protected. You may not use our brand assets in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without permission.
- ✓Allowed: referencing “WorldwideRecipes” by name with a link to the website.
- ✕Not allowed: using our logo on your site/product as if we sponsor it.
6) Reporting copyright concerns
If you believe content on WorldwideRecipes infringes your copyright (or you see our content used elsewhere without permission), please contact Support with as much detail as possible so we can investigate quickly.
- 1Identify the material (URL on our site, screenshot, or file name).
- 2Proof of ownership (portfolio link, original source, registration info if applicable).
- 3Your contact details and a clear description of the issue.
- 4If reporting external misuse, include the URL(s) where our content is copied.
Once received, we’ll review and may remove or restrict access while investigating. We may also contact you for clarification.
7) Image credits & third-party materials
Some materials may be used under licence (stock media, tools, or third-party references). If a specific credit is shown on a page, that credit applies to that material. You may not reuse third-party assets from our website unless you have your own licence.
8) Changes to this notice
We may update this Content & Copyright Notice from time to time to reflect improvements, new content formats, or legal requirements. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
